This video shows the process of refurbishing and re-spraying alloy wheels yourself! This was all done using a rattle can spray. The result was amazing. This was a DIY project, however I was so impressed with the result that I thought I would share it with the world enjoy. The overall project took 2 days for all 4 alloys however 6 months on the paint is still on strong and does not show any signs of erosion! 300mm/600mm sandpaper used. E-tech spray paint in technik grey colour. E-tech metal putty filler used (great product) E-tech protective lacquer used. (Very strong) Hair drier (Adequate for this job) Strong 7" metal file used. (More accurate filing) This job requires 20cups of coffee! Plenty of patience and ocd attention to detail. The end result however is well worth it!!! Looks professional.
