In Nithin Eapen’s talk, How Can Small Cities Attract People and Keep Growing?, Eapen examined the growth and decline of cities and how these cities experienced tremendous growth with opportunities created from innovation and jobs. Nithin is the founder of the Belpointe Crypto Index (Bloomberg Ticker: CRYPTO) and holds a degree in engineering from The Wright State University in Ohio as well as a Master’s in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago. He founded and bootstrapped ChanceRiver a multi-million boutique technology services provider. Prior to ChanceRiver, Nithin was the Chief Investment Officer for a Crypto Venture Fund, an Investment Banker/Trader and a Technologist. Besides taking care of the family office crypto portfolio, he is a mentor to multiple startups. Besides completing an MS in Financial Mathematics Degree from the University of Chicago while doing a full-time job his life stories go beyond an interesting path to entrepreneurship from being a market-maker on wall street, a poker player, a trivia-of-all-kinds fan and an avid squash player. Originally from Kerala, he now lives in Connecticut with his wife and five children.
