I was so excited when my kids' elementary school contacted me to do this second-grade classroom makeover! The classroom definitely needed some major TLC and I was ready to bring life to it using my Cricut! I had so much fun transforming this space into a functional, fun, and colorful new classroom for the students to enjoy. With some Cricut templates, I printed out numbers, inspirational phrases, and colorful gears for decoration. These are so easy to make and will bring some life to the class as the kids walk in. My biggest tip through all this is to do everything in phases so you can take care of different sections without feeling overwhelmed by doing it all at once! I love how the classroom ended up, it feels modern and elevated! It is welcoming for the kids and the renovations make it a space they will enjoy going to every day. I then use the free Inkscape to open the design on my computer.
