Peach Cobbler Recipe If using fresh or frozen: 1-2 cups fresh or frozen peaches 1 Tbsp sugar Just enough water to cover peaches Combine the above, simmer until sugar has melted 1 cup self rising flour 1 cup sugar 1 stick of butter (melted) 1 cup milk Combine these ingredients. Add to a 9x13 baking dish. Pour peach mixture over the flour mixture, or if using canned peaches open them and evenly pour them over flour mixture. DO NOT STIR.
