We have been dealing with an excessive heat warning this whole week, and the heat almost stopped me from finishing this sidewalk cleanup. I spotted this overgrown sidewalk while scouting and decided to use my skills and tools to make it clean again. I tried to get there early to beat the heat, but ended up almost passing out due to feeling overheated by the scorching sun & 100 degree temperature. At the end of day 1, I ran out of water and knew it was best to not push through. So I called it quits and returned the next day to finish what was left. Let's just say that day 2 was much more enjoyable, and far less hot because I showed up at around 7 in the morning. I hope the neighbors didn't mind the morning noise.
