this is the rotation i found working everytime using necromancy killing zamorak feel free to add comment and suggest any other rotation you have used and it was efficient. first when i enter the inferno i kill the demon with :touch of death + finger of death then move to zamorak use invoke death (i'm using tier 95 gear) and a bloat or stack more shards go kill the runes while summoning skelleton and ghost then activate the ghost ability and get as many necrosis stacks and souls as possible as soon as i kill the last rune surge to zamorak pray melee and devotion then use volley of souls + vitality potion + debilitate + shatter + weapon spec you end up killing zamorak very fast taking only 1 or 2 bombs.
