I love to move and feel the energy of my mind and body merging together becoming totally one. Flowing from one movement to another. Being able to see myself in my mind's eye without a mirror, through my inner eye. Total awareness of the Now. Every emotion,feeling,thought,light and sound comes through like a physical moving poem. Forever timeless and infinite. A shadow on the horizon The colour of the wind The feeling of the sea The power of love The force of life. The connection with every creature that has ever lived or died.
