🇩🇰 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗛𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗡! 🇩🇰 Things to Do - Fun History - Colourful Buildings - and why Danes are so dang happy! Come look inside one of Copenhagen's most famous shops: A.C. Perch. It's actually Copenhagen's oldest tea shop, dating from 1835, and is the 8th oldest shop in all of Copenhagen. The "thehandel" (tea shop) is also the OFFICIAL royal tea supplier to the Danish royal court. The interior of the shop is almost 100% unchanged from the early 1800s, including a wallpaper made of leather that even pre-dates the shop. Even if visits to tea shops aren't your thing, it's an interesting glimpse into Copenhagen's past. Afterwards, come see where my happy place in Copenhagen is: Søstrene Grene! For those not in the know, it's an amazing homeware/hobby/everything store here in Denmark that has really beautiful Danish home/interior designs. I decided to go pick out a little something special to go with my new tea!
