The Dobyns Sierra Trout & Panfish & the Daiwa Kage are both fantastic ultralight rods. Coming in at about the same price and featuring many of the same specs, I felt it could be a good video to compare the two rods to showcase the slight differences. Overall, both rods are fantastic so I don't think you can go wrong either way. Personally, I think I prefer the Dobyns slightly, mostly due to the grip and the fact that the blank feels slightly more soft down the backbone.
