زها حديد المولودة في بغداد كانت مهندسة معمارية عراقية - بريطانية وأول امرأة تحصل على جائزة للهندسة المعمارية، وحصلت على أرفع جائزة معمارية في بريطانيا في عامي ٢٠١٠ و ٢٠١١. وفي عام ٢٠١٢، حصلت على لقب السيدة من الملكة إليزابيث الثانية لخدمات الهندسة المعمارية، وفي فبراير ٢٠١٦ أصبحت المرأة الأولى والوحيدة التي حصلت على الميدالية الذهبية الملكية من المعهد الملكي للمهندسين المعماريين البريطانيين. أكتسبت تصاميمها المبتكرة وأنماطها التجريبية الكثير من الاهتمام الدولي، وفي غضون سنوات أسست نفسها كمهندسة معمارية ذات شهرة عالمية. توفيت زها في مارس ٢٠١٦. وفي الذكرى الأولى على رحيلها، استضاف ريكاردو كرم مجموعة من أقربائها، أصدقائها والعاملين معها. وقد تحدّث كل من ريما شحادة، وليد خدّوري، عماد فتحالله، فضلو خوري، رنا حديد، طارق خيّاط، سارة طيّب خليفة، كارلا باز، منى حلّاق وحسين حديد عن نجاحاتها وحياتها الخاصة والعامة. مع "ريكاردو كرم" برنامج حواري منوّع يستقبل ضيفاً أو مجموعة ضيوف، جميعهم ملهمين. يهدف من خلاله ضخّ الحماسة عند الشباب عبر الإضاءة على مواضيع أو حكايا تشكّل مصدر وحي لهم حتى يقولوا :"أنا ايضاً أستطيع". Zaha Hadid was an Iraqi–British architect and the first woman to receive the Pritzker Architecture Prize, in 2004.She received the UK's most prestigious architectural award, the Stirling Prize, in 2010 and 2011. In 2012, she was made a Dame by Elizabeth II for services to architecture, and in February, 2016, the month preceding her death, she became the first and only woman to be awarded the Royal Gold Medal from the Royal Institute of British Architects. Zaha was born in Baghdad, became a British citizen, and started her own architecture practice which proved to be very successful. Her innovative designs and experimental styles gained much international notice and within years she established herself as a world-renowned architect. Zaha passed away in March 2016. On the first anniversary of her passing, Ricardo Karam hosts a group of her friends, family, and co-workers to celebrate her life. The guests included Rima Shehade, Walid Khadduri, Imad Fathallah, Fado Khuri, Rana Hadid, Tariq Khayyat, Sara Tayeb Khalifa, Carla Baz, Mona Hallak and Hussein Hadid. "Maa Ricardo Karam" features an inspiring combination of Arab key personalities from a diversity of fields, recognized as such abroad, but most of whom slipped under the media "radar". "Maa Ricardo Karam" shares the stories of one guest or several ones with the aim of motivating the youth and telling them: “You can make it as well!”.
