I've discovered over the years that many problems with trailer loading disappear when you address the emotions in the person handling the horse. Horses are naturally searching for a confident leader, and often when the handler gains confidence and keeps their emotions in check, they'll notice the horse responding more confidently to the trailer. USING THE TWO-MAN APPROACH. It's handy to know a two-man approach to trailer loading, because it can be used in an emergency situation, or when a horse simply needs to be loaded and there's no time to spend on training due to the circumstances.
