At the end of this presentation, participants will better understand the following: The component parts of a pump curve Pump curves explained, what is a pump system curve? Pump curve vs. system curve What is a pump control curve? How to use a pump curve to validate pump flow and performance The basic components of centrifugal pumps. Pump curves for centrifugal pumps. We will also touch on system pressure and head relationship, how to read manufacturers pump curves, variable speed pump curves, how to determine the pump's best efficiency point, and Net Positive Suction Head Available (NPSHA).
