This video of a session from yesterday with Yodkhunpon was so good, and so applicable I just had to share it with everyone. He's one of my favorite legends to work with and truly inspiring. He has a gentleness that is all his own which hides a beautiful and terrible violence of attack. This is part of a much longer session, probably and hour and twenty minutes that I'll be putting up in my Patreon Muay Thai Library in a few months, but for now this is just an awesome clip that works all on its own. It's a basic orthodox vs orthodox walkdown attack, using walk forward knees and kicks to the left side, and a powerful right elbow. He says you could fight an entire fight like this.
