Focusing on the Otemae (おてまえ) – this video covers everything you need to know as a host 亭主 at a Tea Ceremony event. My hope is to share the beauty of Tea – Sadō / Chadō (茶道) / Chanoyu (茶の湯) – with everyone; unveiling the mystery of this ancient Japanese art form. *Unfortunately, my Japanese pronunciation is not good but I have really made an effort. Chanoyu (茶の湯) is one of my dreams, a dream I want to share with the world through my videos.
