This is a direct comparison between the 1992 Director's Cut of Ridley Scott's #BladeRunner and the remastered 2007 Final Cut of the film. It should give you a better idea of what exactly was changed, which was more than just the colour grade. Personally, I think the Final Cut is still the definitive version, but some of the colours in certain scenes look, to my eyes, much nicer in the Director's Cut. Mainly all the neon and street scenes. Please take into account the effect YouTube's encoding has on the quality of the footage. Notorious for its troubled production as documented in the film "Dangerous Days: Making Blade Runner", the film suffered from studio meddling and is known to exist in at least seven different versions. The Director's Cut (1992) represents Ridley Scott's original and complete vision for the film, and the Final Cut (2007) is a remastering of that version that is generally accepted as the definitive cut.
