Australian native plants and flowers are unique. Thousands of years of isolation from the rest of the world, helped to shape them into exotic shapes and colours. Where else would you be able to reach out and eat a pig face flower or lick the sweet nectar of a grevillea? Whenever I bring groups from abroad, I love to introduce them to the local fauna and flora. it helps them to better understand the country and explore new flavours and scents. It also produces some of the best travel photos. When shooting a video, I also capture beautiful photos of landscapes, people and food.
