Welcome to my channel! Today I tell you a bit more about my art journal exchange with Angela Smit. I will show you my dearest pages, where the collaboration comes into its own, where everything is melting together - and pages that where a struggle for me. Of course, when working together in such an intense way, you also come across differences or at least, different approaches. It looks like Angela feels at ease with large blanco spages throughout the book, while I feel it's necessary to fill things up. I learnt from that that I am able to work with ligher areas in my work, as long as I cover everything with paint, which could also be white or a tone close to white. Also it was new to me with flaps and things that were just partly glued. I found that strange in the beginning, but during the process I started to love it more and more and added those elements in my own designs as well.
