20 Minute Pilates for Stronger Legs and Hips- Improve Your Balance and Coordination. Mixed Ability.

This 20 minute pilates session for stronger legs and hips consists of exercises to strengthen all the muscles of the legs including the glutes and inner thighs. It will also improve knee and hip function as well as standing balance, coordination and stability. It's a challenging routine and one I would recommend to anyone wanting to build strength in their legs, hips and bottom muscles which also has the added benefit of great toning to the lower half of the body. If you're keen to see a change I recommend you do this 3 times a week for 6 weeks. As always, listen to your body and take it at your own pace. This is a specially re-editied version of a workout from my 'blonde years'! The reason I've put it out is because a lot of people have asked for more workouts for strengthening the legs, hips and bottom muscles and this a a great one for that which doesn't involve standing so you could add it to one of my standing workouts or do it on it's own.
