The Project Rebalance: Skilling, in OSRS, included a number of changes to the Brimhaven Agility Arena. This agility training course has hardly been updated since it originally released in 2004, so it has been overdue for a rebalance to bring it up to date. There's not a lot of info out there about the xp rates so I decided to test it out myself. I compared it to xp rates doing rooftop courses at similar levels to figure out which you should do, and Brimhaven ends up being generally better to do earlier on. Hopefully you can use the info presented in this video to figure out if it's worth it for you to do based on your goals, preferences, and so on.
