Around 1330hrs Girardville Fire Department was alerted to a house fire in butler township. Chief 45 responded and arrived in minutes to a house fully involved with heavy fire showing and immediately requested a second alarm. Crews battled the intense heat of the fire along with temperatures that were close to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. No injuries were reported and all occupants were reported to have been able to safely exit the structure before fire department arrived on scene.
