She was the first place at the Taiwan National Erhu Competition, and has performed for the president of Taiwan and Palau. Since the age of 6, she has performed in Asia, America, Europe, Africa, and at the United Nations. After earning a Ph.D. in Ethnomusicology from Ohio State University, she continues to collaborate with musicians from all over the world. She has released five albums. The album "Across the Sea" is the winner of Best instrumental album of the year at 2017 Na Hoku Honohono Award, in addition to music, she has won the champion of National Tai Chi competition. She is also certified National referee and coach for Team Chinese Taipei (Taiwan).
