Gate mate and Perry are basically identical locks but of course it is the company who makes them which gives them the brand name but they are mechanically and for all other intensive purposes exactly the same. This is a perfect demonstration of how fast you can get into one with the right tool, as you have seen with other videos, they are easily pickable too once you have the right skill set and knowledge but they are very very tricky and take lots of time to practice.
