The double side punch has an endless amount of variations. This are just two of them. The first variation is one I’ve seen Skunk do endless amounts of time and still in awe each time as of my first time to watch him do it. It is definitely in the entire body doing this variation. Elbows tucked in tight to the body and literally twisting your torso left to right and then right to left whipping your hands back and forth. Awesome display of power. As you get better at this you will see skunk can do it elbows in tight and he whips his hand back and forth without moving his entire body. Really impressive. The second variation I’ve seen lots of guys do and make it so graceful. Guys like Skunk, Bachmann, Holdener, TommyT, and Gtown make this look like poetry. The second variation is a gate way to a lot of other crazy combinations. This one is done in the elbows mostly some shoulders but not near as much torso movement.
