Emotional moments From Randy Meisner Funeral Will Make You Cry

After the passing of the Irish singer at age 56, her neighbours have opened up about their relationships with her. On Wednesday, July 26th, BBC News received a statement from O'Connor's family confirming her death. The 56-year-old musician's body was discovered "unresponsive" at a home in the Lambeth neighbourhood of London. He was born in Dublin.According to The Times, O'Connor relocated to a penthouse in south London earlier this month and informed her new neighbours that she had returned to the city in an effort to reduce her feelings of isolation. Pushpakumara Moragamana, 57, who resided just across the street, was interviewed for the article. He recalled a conversation with O'Connor about religion, mental health, and the loss of her 17-year-old son, Shane, the year before. It seems that O'Connor's neighbours were completely unaware of her notoriety. Mr. Moragamana added that the "Nothing Compares 2 U" diva often kept in touch with him and recalled an emotional chat in which she expressed being "devastated and depressed" over the loss of her kid. Many people came on both sides of the Irish Sea to mourn the loss of singer Sinead O'Connor. Hundreds of fans of the "Nothing Compares 2 U" singer attended a tribute concert at the London Irish Centre in North London. Comedian Sharon Horgan and DJ Annie Mac were just two of the well-known Irish expats in attendance. One of O'Connor's letters was read by actress Lisa Dwan, and a performance of "Take Me To Church" was conducted by comic Aisling Bea. Moncrieff, an Irish vocalist, remarked that he felt "really special" to be there. "It was really special just to be a part of it," he reflected. It was an honour to spend time with those who were personally acquainted with Sinead. "I'm a painter originally from Waterford who settled in London. "I wouldn't have missed it for the world just to be in that room, to feel that energy, to celebrate someone so important in the culture and history of Ireland and Irish music." It was "amazing," according to Northern Irish visitor Blanid Lynn.
