IBS can be so isolating and I know I struggled throughout school, thinking I was alone in my symptoms and how greatly it affected me. I know if I was a 14-year-old, I'd find a video like this reassuring. I have set up a Facebook group as this video received more a response than I expected and I thought it would be a nice opportunity to support one another and feel more like a community.
