This Grocery store has Everything. Part 1 of 3.

Just checking-out prices and browsing the store products, as I wait for my prescription refill. This is Market 32, located on the north end of Black River boulevard in Rome, New York. The Russian King Crab fishery, certainly has lowered prices a little from a year ago. King Crab, was around sixty dollars per pound. I purchased a pound of Ocean Perch. The texture and taste, is phenomenal for frying. And it was Friday. Ocean Perch, is also very affordable. And you can often purchase it frozen. Any store selling the variety more than $9, a pound, is a rip-off. Keep-that-in-mind. Awaiting Market 32, to have fresh Canadian Perch. Cheap, tasty, lots of protein, and cooks very fast. The deli-counter at Market 32, is always popular. And the store has fresh lunches and dinners available. Stop-in and check-out the menu. The vegetable/fruit section of Market 32, is my favorite. All the colors...glorious. Prices are similar to other local grocery stores. Vegetables, and bread, certainly have increased in price. Vegetables, and especially bread, should never be a commodity. Never. Yet we pay more for bread brands, and the brands are now reduced in size by twenty-percent, offering you the same quantity per package, just smaller. And you're paying more. But I do enjoy sauteing onions and peppers in coconut oil, or just chomping-down on raw carrots and those mini-cucumbers. And artichokes, seasoned and packaged in a jar...I love eating those. And don't forget the Romaine. Great for the heart and the intestines. Okay. Part 2, arriving soon.
