Coffees processed using the wash processing method tend to have a clean, bright taste with high acidity. The beans will usually be a uniform colour and have a smooth, even surface. They may have a fruity or floral aroma. While coffees processed using natural processing tend to have a heavier body with lower acidity. The beans will usually be in a range of colours from light to dark and may have a rough, uneven surface. They may have a fruity or fermented aroma. Honey processing coffee resulting the beans will have a unique sweetness and complexity than the other two processing methods. They may have a fruity aroma, but you'll also find honey sweetness or a chocolate note. Also, the coffee processed through wet-hulled may have a mix of fruity and chocolaty aromas.
