The Upper East Side is known for being one of Manhattan's most elegant neighborhoods with streets from Park to Fifth Avenue conveying a very quiet elegant affluent ambience. It is a great neighborhood for those who want a breath of fresh air that feels miles away from the chaos of busier areas in the city.
