Here is the answer! I made this video in response to a question I got in a comment on one of my previous Ecamm Live/Stream Deck videos. (Always happy to answer view questions, by the way!! 😉. So don't be shy, comment and ask away!! Specifically, the question was around how to get sound effects activated from Stream Deck using Stream Decks built in 'Play Audio' Action to play through Ecamm Live. They could be heard in headphones, but were not being captured in Ecamm. The solution is in the Ecamm Live preferences and under the Audio settings where you will find a "Broadcast System Audio" setting.
