Clickbait thumbnail potential was off the scale. Resisted. 😂 Been trying to get out and do at least one wild camp a month. Don't mind if it's a bikepacking trip, a packrafting trip or just a hike. Only took 6 days of the New year to drag myself out. Having the inspiration of a new tent helped. I got a brand new Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL1 for much cheapness so was itching to give it a go. It kinda drubs my Alpkit Soloist XL in every department so far but I've yet to test it in horrendous conditions so we'll see how that goes. We camped a few kms away from home in a forest with old quarries in it. I had scoped out a secluded North facing one just in case the Aurora Borealis came out. Alas, not this time but soon!
