AU: Jonathan and Clary once lived together as a family, but then Jonathan was send to hell by their parents becuase of his demon side. His memories were wiped out but at some point Lilith decides to tell him about his past. He finds out a way to reach out to Clary and then he realises he can escape. Jonathan kills Lilith, connects to his sister so they start a ritual that helps him come back but also uses a lot of Clary's powers. She was relocated becuae of this, but Jonathan finds her so he gets her home where they discuss things about his evil nature. He is busy by creating a mission and fighting with shadowhunters. When her friends knew about that, they started to accuse him and Clary got all protective. After some time living with her brother and also being a shadowhunter, Clary wants to be on her brother's side forever, because family bond id the strongest thing that can actually and truly exist in her life right now. She tells Jonathan her idea and he is willing to do that. To turn her into a demon too. I don't apply to any relationship between them other than as a family.
