About Me 👩🏽 I'm an overthinker trying to be more mindful. I'm peeling back the layers of social conditioning to realise my own wants and true self. I'm currently loving life at a slower pace, which is actually pretty hard for me given how much productivity and self-improvement content I've consumed, but I'm done with all of that because I've realised slower is sometimes better. Life is for joy and connection, so I'm now working part time as a dentist, rediscovering my creativity through art, doing yoga, sipping on tea watching FRIENDS and sometimes doing nothing at all, which is absolute bliss.
