Painting Oathmark Humans the Easy Way - How I Paint Things

Oathmark: Battles of the Lost Age is a game where armies of miniatures meet on the battlefield organized into rank and file, with heroes, wizards and monsters aiding or arrayed against them! READ MORE: https://www.northstarfigures.com/list... https://shop.instarpaint.com/ In Oathmark, you're free to create the Kingdom that you draw your army from, meaning you can include Elves, Dwarfs, Goblins and humans alike in the same army - there's no question on whether or not you're 'allowed' to collect something. If you like the miniatures, you add them to your force and paint them up how you'd like! Creating units between 10 and 30 figures strong means you're likely going to want a nice, quick method of putting together a force with a unified colour palette to them, so I took a shot at a simple way of getting that done and ready for the table. These human infantry are really neat, and can be built either with hand weapons, spears or bows. There's a kind of grimy, semi-professional 'low fantasy' look that I really like about them, and others have mentioned that they'd work well for just about any fantasy or even medieval-themed game you'd need some town militia, guards or similar miniatures for. I'm going to keep the spare weapons to add to some Frostgrave figures for a slightly more regimented appearance for my warband. I've also got my eye on some of those Elves!
