Matt never pursued college but jumped into work which entailed working for and eventually owning a roofing business, which he undertook for 12 years. After roofing Matt found an interest in the towing industry. Matt started towing in 2009 and shortly after found a market for both on-road and off-road recoveries. In 2019, Matt started his YouTube channel now known as Matt’s off-road Recovery which has since become extremely successful. This channel features Matt and his team recovering vehicles that have ended up in precarious situations. Matt has a passion for working in the shop to build and create vehicles for what he needs, and in his spare time you will probably find him working on his Corvairs with his family. Matt’s favorite part about YouTube is learning and figuring out the complex system and how all the pieces fit together to create a successful channel.
