Your Chocolate Factory in a Box (Full version) Chocolate World proudly presents "Your Chocolate Factory in a Box""Your Chocolate Factory in a Box" is a concept created by Chocolate World as a result of more than 30 years of experience in our field. The concept shows a complete installation for individuals that are interested in setting up a professional chocolate factory for the production of artisan Belgian chocolates. This unique solution that sets Chocolate World apart is compact, the recommended space for the installation of this ideal combination of machines and materials is a mere (4x6) 24 square meters. Your concept is equipped with a CW40 kg automatic tempering machine, the beating heart of your chocolate factory, along with a very carefully selected list of necessary complimentary machines, equipments and tools. "The production concept", also known as the main first part and basic list of machines & equipments, is focussed on the production of moulded chocolates and includes a range of 200 Chocolate World polycarbonate moulds. This allows you to produce up to 150kg of finished moulded products per day, based on 8 working hours, under the watchful eye of a chocolate chef and one assistant. The production capacity will of course vary depending on the size of chocolate you will be producing. Next to the main production concept, you can expand your product variety with the available expansion packages. In sequence with the catalogue, we offer an "enrobing concept", which focusses on the production of enrobed (or coated) products.This option includes a compact 200mm width enrobing line compatible with the CW40 kg automatic tempering machine. On top of that, you will receive a guitar cutter with 4 different frames along with a list of small materials and utensils dedicated to the process of enrobing. Next to the "enrobing concept", you will also find an expansion package that is called the "truffle concept" for the production of typical Belgian truffles, and shows a 200mm width truffle grill and a truffle mill, plus a truffle upgrade for fillings and a shaving machine for the creation of chocolate flakes. A third expansion pack is the "panning concept" for chocolate panning of roasted and round nuts in a layer of chocolate by using a chocolate panning machine. This brings us to the final expansion pack named "semi industrial concept", for producers of chocolate that can't keep up with their demand and need a small but highly efficient automatic moulding line, again compatible with the CW40 kg automatic tempering machine to reach higher production capacities. You are flexible to use this concept in a professional factory setup behind screens, as a pop-up store solution in a highly profitable shopping mall or in one of your most known retail & shopping areas with an open window so customers can see how your chocolates are made on the spot.
