A walk in the Lake District covering two Wainwright Fells, Carrock Fell (661M) & High Pike (658M). The fells are part of the Northern Fells in the Lake District. The walk starts from the parking area at the base of Carrock Fell beside Stone End Farm in the North East of the Lake District. The walk starts with a fairly steep climb up to Carrock Fell, first visiting the East Top of the fell before continuing on to the actual summit. From Carrock Fell we follow the clear path over to High Pike before descending and returning to the parking area. Distance is around 6 miles.
