Silverleaf is a new masterplanned community in Saint Johns county Florida but in the Jacksonville Florida metro area. It's popular for residents who work in Jacksonville but want to raise their families in a home with less traffic and overpopulation that you will find in the city. The new home we tour in this video is the Stella 2 model built by Riverside Homes. The Stella 2 is the same as the Stella model except that it has an upstairs bonus room. In the new home that we tour you will notice that the upstairs bonus is setup at a room with a pool table but you could configure it a few different ways.
