Here's one of my favorite Josh Graves tunes "Foggy Mountain Rock". I've always loved this tune and have played it on the banjo like Don Reno (of course) for many years. But now I can actually play it on the dobro too! I'm loving this amazing prewar dobro I got from my good friend Judd Pipes. I hope I make you and Josh both proud! What's really cool about this video is that is actually Flatt and Scruggs backing me! Luckily on the original Flat and Scruggs version, Josh's dobro was recorded on the right channel and the back up band was on the left. So all I had to do is separate the channels and play along with Flatt and Scruggs!! How about that! You couldn't ask for a better back up band that that! Unless of course it was Reno and Smiley! =) Hope yall like it!
