Loretta Lynn performance archives: dated from 1969 to 1987!

Loretta Lynn made guest star appearances and had co-hosting duties in 18 out of the 23 seasons of HEE HAW *between June 1969-Dec. 1990. I made a compilation video of all the performances on "Hee Haw" that I had access to of her appearances on the show. --------- Hee Haw: 23 Seasons First episode date: June 15, 1969 Network: CBS Final episode date: June 19, 1992 ---------- She appeared on the very 1st episode. She guest star appeared more than any other artist, at 24 times. Also, she co-hosted the most and appeared on the last episode Buck Owens co-hosted in 1986; this also ended season 17. Loretta co-hosted a lot in both seasons 18 and 19. And, she appeared on a couple of episodes in season 20. Her last appearance was in Season 22, episode 13. I counted 46 times with her co-hosting duties, which is what I found under the "all seasons guide". I think they may have only counted the non co-hosting appearances for the 24 number, is my observation? I have performances on this video compilation from 1969 to 1987. It is including the 1st show where she performed "Your Squaw is on the Warpath" in June 1969. Also, her performance of "Fist City" in 1969, in another episode of Season 1, she is wearing a Yellow Gingham Dress, that she hand sewn herself, and it's now said to be in the National Smithsonian Museum (via her personal assistant and dress designer Tim Cobb of almost 40 years. He has a lot of info and pictures posted on his personal Facebook page). I didn't get all performances in season order. Songs in order; most shows she performed two songs and changed outfits/dresses. Side note: obviously some songs were performed live with the band and some with backing tracks or were lip synced on the show depending on time, schedules, or artist preferences for that episode: 1. Your Squaw is on the Warparth (1969) *1st Hee Haw Episode, Season 1 2. Uncle Sam 3. Wine, Women, and Song 4. Woman of the World (Leave My World Alone) 5. Fist City 6. You Ain't Woman Enough (To Take My Man) 7. To Make A Man (Feel Like A Man) 8. Blue Kentucky Girl ^All above were in 1969.^ 9. Wings Upon Your Horns (1970) 10. Coal Miner's Daughter (1971) *trimmed from video to eliminate copyright claim 11. Secret Love (1971) 12. Here I Am Again (1972) 13. Rated X (1973) 14. Somebody, Somewhere (Don't Know what He's Missing Tonight) (1976) 15. Why Can't He Be You? (1977 when she released her "I Remember Patsy" album) 16. Naked In the Rain (1980) 17. You Were Always on My Mind (1984, she started singing that one when she lost Jack Benny that year-her son) 18. She's Got You (1986) 19. Red, White, and Blue (1987) 20. Short Clip with Archie Campbell In memory of the Queen of Country Music: 1932-2022 *We Love You Loretta Lynn! What a legacy you left! -------- Hee Haw aired throughout 4 decades, although it was on for twenty three years. How? Because there were episodes in 1969, all throughout the 1970s and 1980s, and through mid 1992. I don't just miss Loretta, I miss all of those Hee Haw stars that made up my Saturday night childhood memories! It was worth watching! It is worth watching the reruns of it! I do not own the music or material in this video, and I certainly intend no copyright infringements. Uploaded for non profit as well as entertainment and educational purposes only.
