夏天是盛產芒果的季節，當然少不了芒果甜品。最近街市到處都有呂宋芒果，這種芒果果味濃郁又多汁，適合做各種的甜品。而今次食譜整簡易版的芒果雪糕，不用雪糕機就可以整到。雪糕口感香滑細膩，不會結成沙冰，又有粒粒的芒果肉，只需三樣材料就可以製作出媲美大牌子的雪糕。大家都趁炎炎夏日整這個冰涼又消暑的芒果雪糕吧! Summer is the season for mangoes. It is the amazing ingredient in many desserts especially the Carabao Mango from Philippine, which is rich and juicy. And the recipe this time will make a simple version of the mango ice cream. It is easy to make without using ice cream maker, and only need three ingredients. The ice cream tastes smooth and delicate with many mango pieces in the ice cream.
