These spinach flour tortillas are easy to prepare! Like traditional flour tortillas, the ingredients are the same; the only difference is that this version uses spinach puree. I used 1 cup heavy or whipping cream for this recipe, but 1/4 cup shortening, shortening, or 1/2 cup butter can be substituted. If you are replacing heavy cream with one of these ingredients, mix the spinach with 1 1/2 cups of water instead of one. Use these rich tortillas for tacos, burritos, or quesadillas!
