New Iron in Action | John Deere 6250R, Fendt 720 & 724 Vario S4 | Dieleman Slootdorp

If you like shiny new iron in action this is a clip for you! We find ourselves at Dutch contractor Dieleman - Slootdorp who were busy during late May ploughing and drilling a crop of lucerne (alfalfa). Three new tractors were used for this task. Firstly a John Deere 6250R with an Italian build ER.MO 6-furrow on-land plough. This is one of the first in Holland. Second the furrows are power harrowed using a Fendt 720 Vario S4 and Maschio power harrow. The crop is then drilled using a Fendt 724 Vario S4 with Accord twin-front hopper, 6m Maschio and Accord disc coulter drill. The lucerne crop is grown for specialist feed company Hartog Abbekerk.
