In this episode I explain one of the most important ice maintenance routes; the cross cut. I do cross cuts every other week working figure eights in the other weeks. I was never formally taught how to cross cut the ice I just heard about them years ago and it was something that needed to be done. What I do is what I think I should be doing. Seems to make sense.
