  / simplicitytravelling   We drove to Montreal and experienced the 1st F1 grand prix ever. Price for Terrace 1978 was CAD$ 1450/Person. You could order food and drinks. They were not that expensive, e.g. CAD$5 for two big Croissants, Mac & Cheese was like CAD$15 for a small box. It is a long walk from the entrance. There were a lot of people in fan zone. You could take a right route to bypass those areas. The bottleneck for traffic is at Jean-Drapeau metro station. At the end of each day, there were so many people lining up to wait for going into the station. It is suggested to buy metro pass in advance. We waited 1.5 hours in the rain on Saturday just to get into the station: There were two types of passes: 1. Consecutive 3 days: CAD$21.25/person 2.
