This filament has been tearing me a new one!! @!#%@#% Poly-carbonate filament, 275C, 8-16K @ 150-250mms. The main problem I was having was the overhang on the outside was curling and the filament was brittle/layer separation at the bottom. Super slicer to the rescue.. Add some gyroid infill in the thin section, height range modify the infill after the trouble area, slow down the outer perimeter, increase the temp, add some more fan (1 5015 + berd injected duct). I know a mess.. Not everything can be printed at Star Trek WARP speed, OR? Always something new to figure out. - click - "save profile", drink a brew!
