I used MAME for this capture. 2. Fantasy Zone II DX The Tears of Opa Opa was released as a stand alone cab in Japan. 3. The System 16 hit the arcade nearly 3 years before Capcom's CPS and nearly 5 years before the Neo Geo. 4. I often wonder what the Genesis would have been like had its VDP been more like the System 16. That sprite scaling could have made a world of difference. 5. There were more System 16 titles than I covered here. More sports, puzzle, and Japanese-centric material.
