If you battle them for an hour then you risk killing the fish. My advise to anyone who plans on doing this is to fight them like you're not afraid of losing them. The total fight time for this fish was 20 minutes on the dot, then about 1 minute worth of pictures and video, and then a nice revival. That was done using 20lb invisibraid and 80lb florocarbon leader.
