In this interactive session, Jeff Deen, musician and founder of Drumming for Wellness (www.drummingforwellness.com), demonstrates how the power of rhythm and frequency quickly unifies an audience's energy. After only a few minutes of clapping along to the drum beat, the audience members connect with their hearts and tap into their individual and collective inspiration. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
