tldr of this week’s episode: know your worth, always negotiate, and if it feels crazy — you’re probably in the right ballpark negotiating is probably one of my favorite parts of the whole recruiting process. i feel like it’s an opportunity to ask for what i’m worth and when i get (some) of what i ask for, it feels rewarding I also recognize that talking about things like pto comes from a place of privilege! as these aren’t benefits that everyone has access to. thanks for tuning in this week!
