Pilates Resistance Band Workout // Gaiam Corpus Reformer Full Body Exercises

This resistance band workout includes pilates based exercises to lengthen, shape and tone the entire body. I'm using the Gaiam coreplus reformer bands, but all these exercises can be done with a regular resistance band as well. Please don't let this band prevent you from doing this fun workout! All of the exercises can be done with either a long stretchy band such as a theraband, or a tube band with handles. The first half of the workout is performed in a standing position, mainly working the upper body: biceps, triceps and chest. The second half is on the floor. Here we will work the core/abs, butt, inner and outer thighs and upper back. We finish with stretching that will make you feel rejuvenated! Make sure you have a mat or a soft rug so there is some cushion on your spine. Shoes are optional, and all the moves are no impact or low impact. Enjoy the workout and thanks for working out with me!
